Returns & Refund Policy
At Marvella Interior, we're dedicated to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase due to one of the reasons below, you can return or exchange any item within 90 days of receipt.

Flexible Exchanges and Simple Returns

Need a different size? Email us at support@marvellainterior.com to exchange your item or to initiate a return.
We understand that preferences evolve, and we strive to accommodate your needs swiftly. Please keep in mind that our inventory is constantly changing. If the item you want is no longer available, we will process a refund for the original item.

Return Shipping Fee Responsibility:

  • If the product is correct and unused, but you would like to return or exchange it due to personal preference (color looks different in your lighting, size chosen does not fit your sofa, changed your mind, etc.), the customer covers the return shipping fee.

  • If the return or exchange is required due to our mistake (wrong color sent, wrong size sent, damaged/defective item), we cover the return shipping fee.

Cancellation Options

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@marvellainterior.com.
For orders not yet shipped, we'll cancel and refund you in full.
If the order is already on its way, simply follow our return process once delivered.

Dealing with Faults or Damages

Received something faulty or damaged? Let us fix that for you.
Email us a brief description and a photo of the issue to support@marvellainterior.com, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, with return shipping covered by us.

Mistakes Happen

If the item you received isn't what you ordered, contact us at contact@livellointerior.com.
We'll send the correct item or process a refund - and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Color Not as Advertised?

Email us at support@marvellainterior.com with your order number and a photo of your items (the photo must contain a date and a name).
Kindly allow us time to compare your photo with the product listed on our website.

We will issue a refund or replacement only in cases where the color you received does not match the color you ordered.
Example: You ordered Dark Grey but received Light GreyWe cover return shipping.

If the item is the correct color but the shade appears different due to lighting or monitor display, the item may still be returned/exchanged, but the customer covers return shipping.

Missing Orders

We'll investigate and either resend your order or issue a refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@marvellainterior.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Once approved, our support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate warehouse address.
    Returns are processed through our designated warehouses in Europe or China, depending on the order.

  3. Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred).

  4. Ship the return using a carrier of your choice and share the tracking number with us.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
(Shipping fees, if applicable, will be deducted.)

Customer Remorse, Wrong Size, or Change of Preference

If you wish to return your purchase due to a wrong size choice, color preference, or a change of mind, please follow the steps above.
Return must be unused, clean, and suitable for resale.

We Reserve The Right Not To Offer Returns/Refunds When:

  • Sofa cushions are not removable, making the covers incompatible (We've clearly outlined that for our covers to work you need to make sure that your couch cushions are removable and match the dimensions of our covers).

  • Covers show signs of wear, washing, damage, or are not suitable for resale.
